By submitting your animal story, you agree that Help Shelter Pets may use your animal story, or any portion thereof, for any purpose including but not limited to inclusion in a book without compensation of any kind to the submitter. You further state that the information that you have submitted to us is truthful and in your own words. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Help Shelter Pets and any of its employees, board members, directors, or others working on our behalf from any action that may result from the use of the materials you have submitted to us through our Story Submission Form.
